New Strategy

1- Management buy out / carve out mobiserve Egypt from mobiserve group.
2- New Strategy to diversify our business and deliver our experience to different clients in various segments (Oil & GAS, Banking, Industrial & Office building).

2011
Agreement

1-Signing of a new cellular network tower sharing agreement with Egypt’s National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA).
2- The agreement, signed is a milestone for Egypt’s telecommunications industry, enabling telecom operators in Egypt to share network infrastructure.

Leadership

1- Acquisition of mobiserve group by INVEST AD (Abu Dahbi investment company).
2- With its vision to enforce its leadership position, experience, well defined processes, the company is considered as the preferred partner by the major telecom operators Orange, Vodafone, Etisalat.

Investment

Company apply an investment in the VSAT business to deliver a turn key projects and achived success stories with the clients in other countries (Algeria, Morocoo, Centeral Africa Republic & Kenya) using cumulative experience in this field.

2002
VSAT

1- With its vision to enforce its leadership position, and achieve more growth, we succeded to get the VSAT license from telecom regulatory authority.
2- Owning the first VSAT HUB in Egypt to provid end to end high quality and efficient services and products.

1999
Established

1- Established since 25 years witht the name of Mobiserve under Orascom Telecom Umbrella as a leading telecom and energy solutions provider, operating in Egypt
2- Considered as the preferred partner by the major telecom operators, vendors and large enterprises.
3- Playing main role for building & establishing telecom sites for main GSM Operator Ornge(Previously Mobinil).
